2. This card is not transferable.
3. This card’s game play credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Redemption points can’t be exchanged for cash.
5. This Card is rechargeable & Valid For 12 months from the date of purchase.
6. Relax Fun Zone is not responsible for lost, Stolen, or intentionally damaged cards.
7. Retain and reload this card for additional benefits.

For Prime Card:

1. Minimum Monthly Recharge: Recharge a minimum of Rs 1000 every month for 12 consecutive months.
2. Token Allocation: Get one token for every Rs 1000 recharge.
3. Monthly Draw: Participate in our monthly draw for a chance to win Rs 50,000.
4. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected transparently in front of customers at the end of each month. (e.g., this month’s participants will bowl next month).
